If you have a bad habit of staying up on your computer at night (as I do) and it's messing with your sleep patterns (which it will), check out this program called "F.lux" that matches your screen's luminescence to the ambient light in your house. Translation: It filters out the blue light from your screen that makes your brain think it's daylight and thus keeps you awake. It gives everything on screen an amber-y/reddish tint that takes some getting used to, but I can testify that it does work. My brain is no longer wired from ill-advised Facebook creeping or Reddit scrolling; I feel as naturally tired as if I'd sat and read a book instead.
F.lux (comes in Windows and Mac flavours)
(Disclaimer: I'm not getting paid a dime to promote this. I just stumbled across the program and am recommending it to all my fellow LED-fueled night owls.)
